Manage Applications on Guard Guru Jobs

This guide is for Managing Job Listing Applications as a Guard Guru Company or Company Manager account.


What You’ll Need to Get Started

  • Signed Up for Guard Guru Security Company or Company Manager Account.
  • A Security Company in the Guard Guru Directory with a Published Job Listing Actively Accepting Applications.

Manage Guard Guru Job Applications

  1. Login to a Guard Guru Security Company or Company Manager Account.
  2. Navigate to the My Jobs page, a link for which can always be found under “Security Jobs” in the Primary Navigation.
  3. Find the dropdown menu labeled “Hiring Company”. Scroll, search or otherwise find the hiring company for the job applications you wish to manage.
  4. Here you will find all jobs for this particular Hiring Company. Search, scroll or otherwise navigate to the job you are trying to manage.
  5. Click the button labeled “ View Applications” to view the job listing applications for this particular job.
  6. Search, scroll or otherwise navigate to the Job Application you are trying to manage & click “View Application”.
  7. Full Application Details are available for review, as well as a form to change the application status.

List Employment Needs on Guard Guru Jobs!

This is a guide to Add Job Listing to Guard Guru Jobs. This will require a Security Company account with an available Job Token.


What You’ll Need to Get Started

  • A Security Company Account with Job Tokens or the connected payment to do so.
  • Login to said Guard Guru Company or Company Manger Account.

Add Job Listing to Guard Guru Jobs

  1. Login to a Guard Guru Account.
  2. Navigate to the Add Job Listing Page, the link can always be found in the main menu under “Security Jobs”.
  3. Make sure you have the appropriate, necessary information for the Job Listing.
  4. Job Listings include sections such as: Job Title & Description, Hiring Company & Location, Employment Type & Schedule, Travel & Compensation.
  5. Enter All Pertinent Job Information in the Relevant Inputs of each Section. Some Sections are entirely voluntary.
  6. The last section includes the option to use the Guard Guru on site application or link to an offsite application.
  7. Lastly, there is a paragraph entry for listing comma separated emails to be notified of listing & application changes.
  8. Confirm the Job Listing information & Click the Button “Save Job”. The Job Listing is now saved as a draft, ready to be submit for approval.
  9. Guard Guru Verified Companies will have their Job Listings immediately approved for publishing.
  10. Unverified Companies will receive notification of their approval status as soon as a decision is available.
